The aim of this workshop was to provide theoretical knowledge and tools for increasing competitiveness and involvement in regional markets to stakeholders from cross-border regions. The workshop will contribute to increment of knowledge in promotion and selling of tourism and agricultural products through the internet.
Participants had the opportunity to learn about Facebook advertising, re-marketing and Google Ad Words advertising, lectures conducted by Milan Stojkovic, Director of the Agency “Etourism Consulting”. Filip Vucetić, General manager of Budimlija Resort presented examples of good practice of this resort. The participants performed a practice on how to define and target their potential clients which they would like to target.
