The Regional Rural Development Standing Working Group (SWG) in South-Eastern Europe within the SWG EC project: “Fostering regional cooperation and balanced territorial development of Western Balkan countries in the process towards EU integration” supported Regional Development Agency “Zlatibor”, Uzice for printing of publications “Mountain Breakfast Cook Book”.

With the financial support of the USAID’s Sustainable Local Development Project, the Zlatibor Regional Development Agency completed the second phase of the project “Regional Value Chain in IMC Territory. This project has been implemented in the territory of inter-municipal established partnership and includes the following local self-governments: Uzice, Cajetina, Nova Varos, Prijepolje and Priboj. Four of these municipalities are part of the cross border region “Drina-Tara”. One of the activities within the project was creation of the Cook Book with mountain breakfast menu content.

Since the Cook Book caused great attention from audience (Tourism organizations, hotels, restaurants, producers, potential tourists), there was a need for printing additional edition. Cook Book will be used for promotion at the various national/international tourism fairs (Exhibition EXPO Milano 2015, Ethno food Fair, Belgrade, Tourism Fair Belgrade etc).
