Capacity building workshop “Project Cycle Management” for participants from the cross -border region “Drina-Sava” and “Drina-Tara”, 03-05 July, 2018, Bijeljina, B&H

Standing Working Group for Regional Rural Development (SWG) in SEE within the project “Rural development through integrated forest and water resources management in Southeast Europe: Rural perspectives: qualification, reintegration and (self) employment” financed by the German International Cooperation (GIZ) will support the organization of three-day training entitled “Project Cycle Management” for participants from the cross-border regions “Drina-Sava“ and “Drina-Tara” in a period from 03-05 June 2018 in Bijeljina, B&H.

The interactive workshop will be organized in cooperation with Development Association NERDA. Experts will use examples of good practice and work on specific cases with the aim to strengthen the capacity of the stakeholder group to apply and obtain funds of the European Union and other donors.

The training covers the following areas:

  • all phases of “Project Cycle Management”,
  • Elements and content of the logical matrix,
  • Action Plan,
  • Budget.
