“Nettle – Small school of Gastronomy” regional event will be organized by ORTET – “Organization for rural tourism, ecology and tradition” and will be held in the period from 2nd of June 2018 till 3rd of June 2018 in the village Kuratica in Ohrid, Macedonia.

The Regional Rural Development Standing Working Group (SWG) in South-Eastern Europe within the SWG GIZ project: Rural development through integrated forest and water resources management in Southeast Europe: Rural perspectives: qualification, reintegration and (self) employment” (hereinafter “the Project”) will support the organization of regional event “Nettle – Small school of Gastronomy”.
The aim of this Event is to offer an opportunity for rural tourism providers in the Prespa region to present their culinary skills, to taste food and drinks from natural and organic healthy herbs, prepared according to traditional recipes, and to establish a further cooperation, which will make an active contribution to the development of rural tourism.
This Event will contribute to the development and promotion of new, attractive and authentic tourist products and services of the region
