The Regional Rural Development Standing Working Group (SWG) in South-Eastern Europe within the project: “Regional cooperation and networking in the field of agriculture, rural and economic development of cross-border areas” supported the organization of the regional Event “Ninth Edition of Bedem Fest – Your town” which was organized by NGO Pro Futuro and which was held in period of 03-05 August 2018 in Niksic, Montenegro.

During the three days of the Bedem Fest visitors had the opportunity to listen to 18 performers, some of them being Massimo Savic, Beogradski sindikat, Kaliopi…

At the ancient walls of the city fortress musicians and visitors from the region and Europe were gathered in order to promote peace and interculturality.

The festival presents tourist offer for municipality of Niksic, and promotes cultural heritage, and one of the ways for its valorization.
The jubilee 10^th Bedem Fest has already been scheduled for the next year 02-04 August 2019
