On 23 November, 2016 the NGO Alb-Aid will organize the regional event Kukes Handcraft Fair, where women artisans will have the opportunity to promote their work and products for tourist purposes. In cooperation with the Municipality of Kukes, women artisans of Kukes have been invited to exhibit their handcrafts at the Fair, which will be organized at the Ethnographic Museum of Kukes.
More than 40 exhibitors will take part, while it is expected that over 300 visitors from Kukes, as well as from Kosovo* will visit this one-day event. The Fair will be a great opportunity for exchanging contacts among the entrepreneurs, as well as the visitors.
This activity is part of the European Union funded project: “Fostering regional cooperation and balanced territorial development of Western Balkan countries in the process towards EU integration” implemented by the Regional Rural Development Standing Working Group (SWG) in South-Eastern Europe.
